At YUANXIN (Yuanxin Smart Manufacturing), we are pleased to introduce our latest packaging solution — the ZB500N Fully Automatic Internal Pumping Hexahedral Vacuum Packaging Machine. Designed for coffee roasters, flour mills, grain processors and food-packaging OEMs, this vertical system combines bag forming, filling, vacuum extraction, nitrogen flushing and hermetic sealing in a single continuous line.

What Makes the ZB500N Different?

Traditional external-chamber vacuum machines are slow, labor-intensive and produce soft, irregular bags. The ZB500N uses an internal-pumping (内抽式) vacuum system that draws air directly out of the formed bag while it is still held on the filling spindle. The result is a rigid, square, brick-shaped package — what we call a hexahedral (six-face) vacuum bag — that stacks cleanly on shelves, ships safely and looks premium on retail shelves.

Key Features

Fully automatic cycle: bag making → spiral filling → vibration compaction → internal vacuuming → gas flushing (N₂) → sealing → discharge, all in one machine.

Excellent vacuum effect: residual oxygen is reduced to a minimum, significantly extending the shelf life of roasted coffee, flour and whole grains.

High packing accuracy: ±2‰, thanks to servo-driven spiral filling and weight feedback.

Wide material range: handles coffee powder, ground coffee, wheat flour, starch, spice powder as well as rice, beans, nuts, granules and whole grains.

Stainless steel 304/316L contact parts, fully enclosed guarding with interlocked glass doors for operator safety.

Touch-screen HMI with recipe storage, fault diagnosis and multi-language support (English, Spanish, Russian, Arabic on request).

Bag formats: block-shaped vacuum bags from 250 g up to 1 kg, with easy changeover between bag sizes.
