This vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) powder packaging machine is designed for automatic filling and sealing of fine powders into pillow bags, gusseted bags and back-seal pouches. Integrated with a screw auger filler, it accurately doses flour, spice powder, starch, milk powder, protein powder and other free-flowing powders directly from film roll — no pre-made bags needed.
Compared with vacuum brick bag machines, this VFFS line runs faster (up to 40–60 bags/min), takes up less floor space and costs significantly less, making it the best choice for powder producers who need high output at a competitive price. An optional nitrogen flushing unit can be added for products that need oxygen protection without full vacuum
